In an ongoing effort to maintain property values within Highwoods of Madison the HOA enforces neighborhood covenants. The goal of the covenants is to keep the overall aesthetics of the neighborhood to a high standard so all neighbors can have pride in their neighborhood and confidence that property values will stay at a high level.
